Overview

Extend and renovate a Victorian cottage in the heart of Teddington to maximise resale value.

The Brief

Take a very run-down property with limited space and no modern facilities and transform it into a family home for resale noting an efficient budget and achieving good resale value. Add additional bedroom and ensuite space as well as a living room and rear-facing kitchen diner. Limited space meant being very efficient with storage and other facilities to deliver a great series of family spaces.

Our Solution

We focussed on the main space and opening it up, limiting circulation space and generating a good-sized kitchen/diner. We extended off the rear and added some unique design elements at first floor to maximise the bedroom space.
