Before any work begins, we’ll investigate what’s possible with the site in question. Opportunities and constraints are discovered at this point; we’ll start to understand the scope of work and get a rough idea of potential costs. We do our homework before presenting you with ideas.

The most exciting part of the journey! Our design services are what make clients’ eyes light up. From the initial sketches to design development, the moment your ideas are committed to paper is when they start to come to life. The first glance of how things could be is an exhilarating moment!
Planning
Planning permission is a complex process. Don’t worry, we’ll handle it from start to finish so it’s a pain-free process for you. Tender builders
Have you managed building works of this scale before? No problem, we can simplify the process of choosing a contractor by putting the work out to tender. Once we have a good understanding of the scope, we can manage everything right through to you choosing your builder.

The bedroom and the bathroom are oases of calm in busy modern life. Our client tasked us with delivering both elements in one space! Our intimate knowledge of the technicalities meant we came up with a design compliant with planning permission and building control. The client was thrilled and our design incorporates a second phase of development downstairs.
